Items can be returned within 28 days of purchase. Please send an email to info(at)deborahkiwi.com with your details. The product must be unused, unmarked and inside the original packaging, including the certificate of authenticity. Once the item is in our possession and its condition is approved, you will receive an email followed by the refund.

Please note:

• Your new pair of shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain the size and fit are correct for you.

• Damaged or incomplete returns will not be accepted and can be send back to the customer.

• Return shipping cost will not be refunded and most be covered by the customer.

Once your payment is received, we will promptly begin preparing your order. You will be notified when your footwear is ready for dispatch, followed by a tracking number once it has been shipped. We offer free worldwide shipping via EMS, with delivery times of up to ten working days

Please note:

• We try to ensure a smooth delivery, however we can not take responsibility for unforeseeable shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Local taxes or fees may be applied during shipping by the authorities in your destination. These charges must be covered by the customer.

• Shipments to some countries are restricted under Israeli law.
